Meet some of the team:
Declan Keena - Scheme Actuary
Declan qualified as an actuary in 2001 and has 14 years experience
working in the employee benefits area. During this time he has
worked in New York and Amsterdam, mainly assisting multinational
companies with their international pension and benefits strategy.
Declan returned to Ireland in 2003 and has considerable experience
acting as both a scheme actuary as well as adopting a broader
benefit strategy consultancy role.
Frank Downey - Director
Frank joined Invesco as Head of its Actuarial Practice in April
2005. He has 30 years experience in the Actuarial and Employee
Benefits fields and acts as a Scheme Actuary to a portfolio of
pension schemes. He is a currently member of the Pensions Committee
and has served on the Council of the Society of Actuaries in
Ireland. Frank previously worked with Buck Heissmann Consultants
and Irish Life. He holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College,
Dublin and qualified as an actuary in 1986.
Stephanie Condra - Investment Consultant
Stephanie Condra joined Invesco in 2009. Prior to joining the
firm, Stephanie developed and managed an investment consulting
service for one of the leading private wealth firms in Canada, BMO
Harris Private Banking (Bank of Montreal). Stephanie has over 10
years of experience in developing investment strategies and
completing manager searches for families, small businesses, private
trusts, corporate pension schemes and charitable foundations.
Stephanie completed the specialised Global Asset and Wealth
Management MBA at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and also
holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered
Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
Tom Leahy - Actuary
Tom is a qualified actuary and has 10 years of experience working
in the employee benefits arena. During this time he worked in
several locations in the United Kingdom, assisting companies in the
areas of accounting co-ordination, compliance and benefit strategy
implementation. Tom returned to Ireland in 2009 and works in
a corporate benefits consultancy role.
Brian Fitzgerald
Brian Fitzgerald is based in Invesco's Cork office. Brian has been
with Invesco since 2003 and has extensive experience of advising
large high-profile indigenous and multinational clients with both
defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Brian is
an actuary and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland
(FSAI) and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK
(FIA).
