Invesco employs two experienced pensions lawyers
and our legal team has a wealth of knowledge and experience that it
can bring to the ongoing administration of your pension
scheme.
Typical services include the following:
- Upon appointment, we would conduct a full audit of your scheme
documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal
requirements and report on any gaps.
- Preparing deeds and amending scheme documentation and member
communications to ensure that they are at all times consistent with
current pension law and practice. Our legal team has developed
valuable relationships over the years with the Pensions Board and
Revenue Commissioners.
- Keeping the trustees and the Company up to date on changes in
statutory or Revenue requirements for pension schemes.
- Providing a legal resource for the Company, the trustees and
the scheme actuary in relation to the interpretation of the
provisions of trust deeds and the administration of benefits.
- Liaising with independent legal advisers where necessary.
